Before you start
Connecting requires a QuickBooks Online user with administrator rights on the company file being connected. No QuickBooks password is ever shared with DC Live Productions or Jamestown Capital LLC — authorization happens entirely on Intuit’s own sign-in screens.
How to connect
A QuickBooks Online administrator authorizes the connection through Intuit’s standard authorization flow. During that step, Intuit asks you to sign in, choose the company to connect, and confirm the permissions the integration is requesting. Access is limited to the scopes shown on that screen.
To begin, or if you need the authorization link reissued, contact [email protected] and an administrator will be sent the link to complete the connection.
Reconnecting
Authorization does not last indefinitely. Intuit expires the credentials that keep a connection active, and notifies the connected company in advance of that happening. If the connection lapses, or if it is revoked and needs to be restored, an administrator can reconnect by repeating the same authorization step described above. Reconnecting restores reporting without any loss of previously reported figures.
