What this integration does
DC Live Productions uses an internal integration that reads accounting data from QuickBooks Online so that financial reporting can be produced automatically alongside our sales and operations systems. It removes manual re-keying of figures between QuickBooks and our internal dashboards.
This is a private integration built for DC Live Productions. It is not offered as a general-availability product and is not listed for public installation.
Who operates it
The integration is built and operated by Jamestown Capital LLC on behalf of DC Live Productions. Its use is governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy published by Jamestown Capital LLC.
What data is accessed
Access is granted only through Intuit’s own authorization process, and is limited to the permission scopes approved at the time of connection. Within those scopes the integration reads accounting records such as customers, vendors, invoices, payments, transactions, and financial reports.
The integration reads accounting data for reporting purposes. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and held in access-controlled infrastructure, with authorization credentials stored in a dedicated secret management system. This data is never sold and is not used for advertising.
Connecting and disconnecting
A QuickBooks Online administrator can authorize the connection from the connect page. Access can be revoked at any time — see the disconnect page for how to do that and what happens to the data afterwards.
